Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Not vibing with your order? It happens. At Urban Anthem, we want you to feel 100% confident in your gear. If it’s not the right fit or style, we’re here to help you swap it out or get your money back.

1. The Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

Note: During the holiday season (Nov 1 – Dec 31), we extend this window until January 31st of the following year.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in the same condition you received them:

Unworn & Unwashed: No stains, scents, or signs of wear.

Tags Attached: Original hangtags must still be on the garment.

Original Packaging: Please return items in their original bags or boxes if possible.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on headwear (hats/beanies), face masks, or "Final Sale" items.

3. How to Start a Return
Visit our Portal: Go to returns.urbananthem.com and enter your order number and zip code.

Choose Your Option: Select whether you’d like an Exchange, Store Credit, or a Refund to your original payment method.

Print & Ship: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. Just drop it off at the designated carrier.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Exchanges & Store Credit: Shipping is on us! We’ll cover the return label cost.

Refunds: A $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of the return label and processing.

5. Refunds (The Money Part)
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival), we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Store Credit: Issued immediately via a digital gift card once the return is scanned by the carrier.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If we messed up (sent the wrong size or a defective item), we’ll make it right immediately. Please email urbananthem@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
