We know you’re hyped to get your Urban Anthem gear. Here’s the breakdown of how we get our products from our floor to your door.

1. Processing Times
We aim to move fast. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

High Volume: During big drops or holiday seasons, processing might take an extra beat. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll reach out via email.

Confirmation: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order hits the road.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a few different "tempos" for delivery

3. Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic: We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International: We currently ship to [Canada, UK, EU]. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Urban Anthem is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How to Check Your Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Urban Anthem is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy:

Damaged: If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.

Missing: If your tracking says "Delivered" but the package is nowhere to be found, check with neighbors first, then contact the carrier.
